Extension of Mechanic’s Lien

  • I hereby authorize NYLIENS LLC to prepare an Extension of Mechanic's Lien for a Lien that is filed against:
  • I/we authorize NYLIENS LLC and/or its affiliates to charge my/our credit card in the amount of the corresponding Extension of Mechanic’s Lien fee(s) listed on the rate schedule located at nyliens.com as of the date of this application, in addition to additional sums for expedited preparation and filing of the Extension. There will be a 3% convenience fee for payments made by credit card.

    (for American Express - this is a 4 digit number located on the front side of your card)
  • $300 for extension of mechanic's lien in all New York counties, except Westchester, Nassau and Suffolk ($300 plus filing fees of approximately $395 in Westchester and $350 plus filing fees in Nassau and Suffolk Counties) (plus 3% convenience fee for debit or credit card payments)
