Satisfaction of Mechanic’s Lien

  • I/we authorize NYLIENS LLC and/or its affiliates to charge my/our credit card in the amount of the corresponding Satisfaction fee(s) listed on the rate schedule located at nyliens.com as of the date of this application, in addition to additional sums for expedited preparation and filing of the Satisfaction. I agree to pay the fee of $300 for satisfaction of mechanic's lien in all New York counties, except Westchester, Nassau and Suffolk ($300 lien fee plus filing fees of approximately $395 in Westchester and $350 plus filing fees in Nassau and Suffolk Counties) (plus 3% convenience fee for debit or credit card payments) There will be a 3% convenience fee for payments made by credit card.
